Change Security Settings – Login Password

To change your login password

·         Enter your old password & then enter your new password twice.

·         Press ‘Continue’ at the bottom right of the page.

Your login password for Online Banking will be changed successfully.

Note: Your password is case sensitive and must be between 8 – 20 characters (alphanumeric). Also, your new password should not have been used as login password in the last 3 occasions.

Apply Country Restrictions

Through this option, you can impose country wise restriction for accessing your Masraf Al Rayan Internet / Mobile Banking. To do this:

·         Select countries (from the box on the left – ‘Access Granted From’) where you would like to restrict access to your User Id by moving it to the box on the right side (‘Access Restricted From’)

·         Press Continue at the bottom right of the page.

·         Confirm the selection(s) made by pressing ‘Confirm’ button on the bottom right of the page. (If you want to change / modify the selection, press the ‘Back’ Button to go back to the 1^st page).

·         Your restrictions have been saved successfully and will apply from your next login.

To remove restrictions, move the country name from the right box (Access Restricted From) to the left box (Access Granted From) & follow the above procedure.
