To read an e-mail received in your inbox: o Click on the “Inbox” tab o A list of the received messages will be displayed. The date & time and the subject for each message o Click on the subject line or reference number of the message to read it To delete an e-mail received in your inbox: o Click on the “Inbox” tab o A list of the messages in your mailbox will be displayed. Select the message to be displayed and click on the “Delete” button o Click on the delete button o Confirm deletion Your message has been deleted.

Increase/ Decrease Limits Through this option, you can increase or decrease your limits (within the maximum limits prescribed by Bank) for internal & external transfer initiated through Masraf Al Rayan Online Banking according. To do this: · Click on Increase/ Decrease Limits · Your existing limits on internal & external limits will be displayed · If you would like to reduce your limits, enter your new limits on screen · Continue · Review the information provided · Confirm Your changes have been saved. · If you would like to increase your limits (upto the maximum limit permitted), enter your new limits on screen · Continue · Review the information provided · Confirm · Your request has been submitted and will be processed in 1 working day Enable Transfers Outside MAR Through this option, you can enable or disable domestic or international initiated through Masraf Al Rayan Online Banking. To do this: · Click on Enable Transfers Outside MAR/ Disable Transfers Outside MAR · Answer 1 security question (Not applicable for Enabling Transfers Outside MAR) · Confirm · Your changes have been saved
Through this option, you can view bill payments & fund transfer transactions scheduled through Masraf Al Rayan Online Banking according. To do this: · Select the relationship · Select transaction type · Display · Your pending transactions will be displayed on the same page To delete a scheduled payment/ transfer transaction: · Select the scheduled transaction · Click on Delete · Confirm deletion · Your scheduled transaction has been deleted To edit a scheduled payment/ transfer transaction: · Select the scheduled transaction · Click on Edit · Modify the required details · Continue · Review the information provided · Confirm · Your changes have been saved
Internet Transaction Activities
This module gives the record of all the activities performed by the customer regarding
all of his / her account(s) in retail Internet & Mobile Banking. It includes
details of activities like fund transfer performed, new beneficiary added, bill
payment done etc.

Cancelled – Request cancelled by customer
before it is processed by MAR in Internet / Mobile Banking.

Completed – Request submitted / completed
successfully by MAR in Internet / Mobile Banking.
·
Failed – Request not submitted in Internet
/ Mobile Banking due to technical reasons.
·
Rejected – Request rejected by MAR which
is raised by customer in Internet / Mobile banking.
·
Waiting – Request waiting to be processed
by MAR after successfully raised by customer in Internet / Mobile Banking. · Repaired – Not related to retail customers.
